The wine has a pale straw-yellow colour and an intense aroma featuring intertwined notes of apple, pear, lemon and conifer. The taste is balanced with medium acidity, pronounced fruitiness and a pleasant lemony finish. The wine is ready to drink and does not require ageing. Recommended to serve with shrimp salad, lemon-sautéed asparagus or mussels.
